Deliveries

For orders below £150 there is a delivery fee of £15 to UK mainland addresses. For orders of £150 or more, delivery is free to UK mainland addresses. Your goods will be delivered by one of our national distribution partners on our behalf.

Our distribution partner will contact you within 2-3 days (business days) to confirm your delivery preferences and timescales.  Typically delivery will take between 5-7 days from the date you placed your order.

If  a delivery is unsuccessful and the responsibility of the customer then any additional costs incurred will be due and payable prior to re-delivery.

Collection Services

It is possible to arrange for collection of your goods. This can be separately arranged when our distribution partner calls to confirm your delivery preferences.

Delivery Enquiry

To enquire about your order status, track your order, or seek to make changes to delivery preferences, please send your enquiry to Celotex Deliveries . Alternatively please call the contact number given to you at the time your delivery was arranged or 07917 856213 or 07825 783711.  

Changes requested within 24 hours of your original delivery date may be subject to an additional fee.

Please quote your order number in all enquiries.

Returns and Cancellations

You can return or cancel your order within 7 days from receipt of your goods. All goods must be unused, in good condition and remain in their original packaging.  Goods should be returned, at the customer’s expense, to the delivery provider’s address from which they came within 14 days of the day the customer has given notice of its cancellation.  Please call on 07917 856213 or 07825 783711 or email Celotex Returns to advise of cancellation.

A full refund will be made to your credit card within 30 days. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions of Sale for more details.
